Rosebank Care Home

Rosebank provides accommodation and personal care for up to 17 people with learning and physical disabilities and autism. During the inspection, inspectors found that while the service supports residents in their daily lives, there were shortfalls in how well it met current best practice guidance for learning disability care services. The inspection assessed whether the home was enabling people to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes for their needs.
