Richmond Village Witney

Richmond Village Witney is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 63 people across two separate wings with dedicated facilities for each. One wing specialises in care for people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 46 people were living at the home.

Inspectors found inconsistency in leadership had impacted staff support, morale and home management. The service had experienced several management changes since 2018, with the current manager having been in post for five months and building familiarity with the service.
