Residential Care Providers Limited at 11 Kenton Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and complex needs in central Harrow. All residents had learning disabilities and limited communication abilities. During the inspection, people appeared at ease in the presence of staff, who spent time engaging with them and providing attentive support.

Relatives expressed satisfaction with the care and services provided and felt confident that people were safe in the home. The service had systems and processes in place to protect people from harm, and staff had received training in safeguarding adults and understood how to recognise and report concerns or allegations of abuse.
