The service supports people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible. Infection prevention and control policies are up to date. The provider demonstrates effective oversight of the home, with staff collaborating with health and social care professionals to implement their advice into care plans and improve outcomes for people.
