The home maintains robust safety systems, with risks assessed and monitored, medicines managed safely, and safeguarding measures in place to protect people from abuse and neglect. Staff are sufficiently trained and deployed to meet people's needs effectively.

The service supports people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible. Infection prevention and control policies are up to date. The provider demonstrates effective oversight of the home, with staff collaborating with health and social care professionals to implement their advice into care plans and improve outcomes for people. Lessons are learned when issues arise.
