Jude House

Jude House provides residential care and support to up to four people with mental health conditions in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with four residents.

Residents and their relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided, with people describing staff as friendly, helpful and supportive. Residents reported feeling safe and well-treated, with one commenting "I have no worries at all" and another noting staff were "always around to help." Staff demonstrated awareness of their safeguarding responsibilities and knew how to identify and report concerns appropriately.
