Raleigh Manor is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 75 people across three floors, though only two were occupied at inspection with 20 residents. The service supports older people, younger adults, and those living with dementia, with two specialist dementia units called Ladram Lane and Budleigh Walk. At the time of inspection, the provider's regional director was managing the service while awaiting a permanent manager's arrival. People, relatives, and staff praised the positive changes brought by the interim manager over the previous two months, describing a focus on developing a stable staff team and solid foundations for growth. All those spoken with reported feeling safe at the home, with staff numbers sufficient to keep people secure.
