This nursing home provides care for up to 28 people and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The home is clean, tidy and well maintained with regular cleaning throughout the day, including high-touch areas. Staff have adequate supplies of personal protective equipment and wear it appropriately, having received specific training on safe application and removal. Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the home.

The home has implemented systems to isolate people who test positive for Covid-19, are unwell, or are self-isolating in their own rooms to minimise virus transmission. New admissions are required to have a negative Covid-19 test and isolate for 14 days before joining the wider community. Regular testing for both people living in the home and staff takes place, and staff follow correct infection prevention and control practices.
