Queen Alexandra Cottage Homes

Queen Alexandra Cottage Homes is a residential care home providing accommodation, nursing and personal care for up to 28 people living with health needs and frailty in older age. It is part of a wider complex that includes independent living flats, and residents are supported to join activities and maintain friendships across both areas.

The CQC found people were safe, well cared for and supported by kind, knowledgeable staff who respected their choices. Relatives felt involved and described the home as "more like a family than a business". Some areas needed improvement, including record keeping and staff supervision, which the provider agreed to address.
