Priory Lodge

Priory Lodge provides residential accommodation and personal care for up to 18 people who require support with their mental health. At the time of inspection, 15 people were using the service, with four not receiving personal care.

Management lacked adequate oversight of the service, with insufficient governance systems to monitor quality and safety or drive improvements in care delivery. Incidents were not being reported or investigated properly, preventing lessons from being learned. The provider had also missed potential safety risks within the environment that posed hazards to residents.
