PACO Rehabilitation Services

Paco Rehabilitation Services provides care and support for up to three people recovering from long-term mental health problems, helping them regain daily living skills. At inspection, the service was operating at full capacity with three residents.

Residents reported feeling safe, with medicines managed securely and infection control well maintained throughout the clean facility. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs and ensure their safety at all times. Care plans were in place following comprehensive assessments of people's health and social care needs, with good documentation of physical and mental health support. Residents received balanced nutrition and hydration support tailored to their individual requirements.

Staff and the registered manager were described by residents as kind and caring, demonstrating good knowledge of the people they supported. Residents were treated with dignity and respect throughout their care.
