Oxley Woodhouse

Oxley Woodhouse provides personal care for up to 17 people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service comprises a main building with three apartments of varying sizes spread over two floors, along with a separate purpose-built block containing four one-bedroom units. All residents have access to communal facilities including a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and secure garden.

During the inspection, the home was at full capacity with 17 people in residence. The accommodation and facilities are designed to support residents' independence and wellbeing, with accessible outdoor space available to all service users.
