Residents reported no waiting times for assistance, and relatives confirmed they had no concerns about staffing levels, though staff noted occasional shortages when colleagues called in sick unexpectedly. The home has identified falls risks and implemented management plans, including the use of equipment such as sensor mats to help prevent falls.
