The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding staff caring, skilled and sufficient in number, with people's needs, including nutrition and medicines, well met.

Inspectors found risk assessments supported positive choices, and staff worked closely with health and social care professionals. People described a friendly, happy atmosphere with varied activities suited to individual preferences. Management provided good support, training and robust oversight, with a strong culture of learning from incidents.
