Safeguarding systems protect people from avoidable harm, and staff were recruited safely. Residents reported feeling safe and happy at the service. Medicines are safely managed, and risks are regularly assessed and reviewed by nursing and management teams.

People are supported by a well-trained and knowledgeable staff team.
