Oakbank Care Home

This care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 55 people, some with dementia. At inspection there were 41 residents using the service, with nursing care on the ground floor and residential care upstairs. The home has access to large grounds and a garden space.

Safeguarding systems protect people from avoidable harm, and staff were recruited safely. Residents reported feeling safe and happy at the service. Medicines are safely managed, and risks are regularly assessed and reviewed by nursing and management teams. People are supported by a well-trained and knowledgeable staff team.
