During the inspection, staff demonstrated their commitment to supporting residents' wellbeing and fostering community integration. The premises are well-maintained and adapted to meet the needs of the people living there. Staff interactions with residents were observed to be warm and respectful, with clear focus on individual preferences and goals.

The service works to help residents develop skills and maintain connections with their local communities.
