Northfield House

Northfield House provides residential and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and associated needs. At inspection, five people were using the service. The home shares videos and easy-read documents about COVID-19 and personal protective equipment with residents to help them understand safety measures. Policies for managing COVID-19 risks are thorough and up to date, and arrangements allow families and health professionals to visit safely. Staff receive infection prevention and control training and follow good practice with PPE. Residents are encouraged to use technology like smartphones to maintain contact with family and friends.
