Northfield House is a residential care home providing support to a small number of people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory needs. Following an assessment prompted by a concern, the CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were kept safe, with risks well managed, safe medicines practices and staff who were properly trained and recruited.

Inspectors found people were treated with kindness, dignity and respect, and supported to pursue individual interests and community activities. Relatives spoke positively about the care provided and felt reassured about their family members' wellbeing. The home was clean and well maintained, with an approachable management team and a clear system for handling complaints.
