Nether Place Nursing Home

Nether Place Nursing Home provides personal care and nursing for up to 32 older people and those living with dementia, with 22 residents at the time of inspection. The home operates across two separate wings, each with adapted facilities, with one wing specialising in dementia care.

However, the service had significant safety concerns. Risks linked to nursing staff had not been robustly assessed, and staffing levels were not always sufficient to meet residents' needs or match the size of the service. Staff had not consistently received the training necessary to support people effectively and carry out their roles properly.
