Montrose Care Home

Montrose Care Home provides accommodation alongside nursing and personal care for residents. During the inspection in October 2018, significant improvements were assessed following previous serious failings identified in May 2018. The earlier inspection had found breaches relating to safe and effective care delivery, with concerns spanning multiple regulations including those covering safety, staffing, and management systems. The provider had also failed to notify CQC of required incidents. A condition was imposed on the provider's registration to address these critical issues and ensure residents received appropriate safeguarding and care standards going forward.
