About Miller House Care Home

Miller House Care Home in Oldham provides residential and nursing care for older people, including some living with dementia, with 29 people living there at the time of assessment. This was the first inspection since the service registered with a new provider, and the CQC rated it good overall, following an earlier period of instability that has since been resolved.

Inspectors found the home clean and well maintained, with enough skilled staff, safe medicines management and detailed, person-centred care records. Staff were kind and sought people's consent appropriately, and leadership was found to be competent with good oversight. People and relatives spoke positively about the care, food and approachability of management.
