Mill House

Mill House accommodates up to four people with a learning disability in a residential property. At inspection, all four available places were occupied. The premises was very clean and hygienic, with cleaning schedules in place for all touch points. Staff had access to personal protective equipment and appropriate handwashing and sanitising facilities. The service implemented regular COVID-19 testing for both people and staff, with daily temperature checks. Pictorial guidance on PPE wearing and handwashing was displayed throughout to support understanding. People were supported to maintain contact with their families through telephone calls and electronic devices, and regularly accessed the community for drives and exercise in local safe spaces.
