Middleton Lodge is a care home in Suffolk providing care and accommodation for up to 10 people with autism and learning disabilities, supporting a smaller group at the time of the assessment. Following a previous inadequate rating with breaches of regulation, the CQC found the home had made significant improvements and now met all requirements, with a rating of Good overall.

Inspectors found medicines were now managed safely, support plans reflected people's individual needs, and the environment had been upgraded, including a new accessible kitchen and improved garden. People appeared happy and well cared for, staff spoke with pride about progress, and relatives and professionals praised the strong, consistent leadership and governance now in place.
