About Merstone House
Merstone House accommodates up to eight people and provides personal care to older people and younger adults with mental health diagnoses. At inspection, all eight places were occupied.
People were supported safely by staff who knew them well and protected from abuse through trained safeguarding practices. Staff understood how to report concerns appropriately. Infection control procedures were in place to protect residents from COVID-19 risks. Staff had received medicine training with their competence regularly assessed to ensure safe practice.
