Elmdon House

Elmdon House provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. The property is a large adapted family home with extended bedrooms and living space, currently supporting three residents.

People are looked after safely with robust safeguarding practices in place. Staff receive appropriate training and understand how to report concerns to relevant authorities. The service assesses risks to people's health and welfare comprehensively, with clear management plans to reduce or eliminate identified risks. Staffing levels are regularly reviewed and adjusted according to residents' needs on each shift.
