Staff demonstrated strong awareness of individual risks and implemented effective safeguarding measures. Residents appeared comfortable with staff, actively seeking out their company and showing signs of trust through physical affection like holding hands.

The home has systems in place to analyse accidents and incidents for patterns, enabling proactive risk management. Staff receive training to support residents safely and effectively, and recruitment processes ensure staff are appropriately vetted. Medicine administration is managed according to need, and infection control practices are observed.

However, improvements are needed in documentation to ensure best interest decisions for residents are properly recorded with clear rationale.
