Marquis Court

Marquis Court provides personal care for up to 47 people, some living with dementia. At inspection there were 44 residents in the home. People felt safe and content, with residents describing staff as "lovely" and "all lovely, I can't complain," while a recent thank you card from a relative praised staff as "amazing" and "worth their weight in gold."

Staff effectively safeguarded people from abuse, demonstrating confidence in their protection procedures and maintaining up-to-date training. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs, and the service had embedded robust infection control processes in line with government guidance.
