Marian House Care Home is a care home without nursing for up to 26 older women, including Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary alongside other older women. At the time of assessment, 19 people were living there. The CQC rated the service good overall, unchanged from its previous rating.

Inspectors found people were safely cared for, with risks assessed and medicines managed well. Staff were kind and attentive, and people spoke warmly of the home's family-like, spiritual atmosphere. Some care plans needed updating and certain practices increased infection risk, issues the registered manager agreed to address; some people also wanted more contact with management.
