Manor House provides residential care to up to 37 people, with 24 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home has implemented several safety measures, including a visiting pod that allows relatives to see loved ones without entering the building, supported by a booking system and microphone communication equipment. Staff maintain daily tracker records of close contacts, enabling the home to quickly identify potential exposure in case of COVID-19 cases. Personal protective equipment is available at stations on each floor, and all residents have individual COVID-19 risk assessments that are reviewed monthly following test results.
