Inspectors identified concerns with medicines management, finding risks that people did not always receive prescribed medications as intended. While the service carried out risk assessments for individuals, these lacked consistency and detail, with staff not always following the guidance provided. Staffing levels were regularly reviewed but were not consistently appropriate for the service's needs, with feedback from residents, relatives and staff indicating shortages during some shifts.
