About Loyd House
Loyd House provides nursing or personal care to up to 17 people, specialising in support for adults with acquired brain injury. At inspection, 16 people were using the service.
Systems and processes for monitoring and mitigating risks to health, safety and welfare were not always effective. Improvements were needed in medicine management and infection prevention and control practices. Staff training was not consistently up to date, and staff did not always receive consistent support in their roles.
