Ambleside Lodge provides accommodation and support for up to seven people with mental health conditions in the London borough of Lambeth. At the time of inspection, six people were using the service. The home protects residents against risk of harm and abuse, with staff receiving ongoing training in safeguarding and equipped to identify, report and escalate any suspected abuse.

The service develops individualised risk management plans to keep people safe from identified risks. These plans are regularly reviewed to incorporate residents' views and reflect their changing needs. People are actively encouraged to participate in their care planning and supported to maintain their independence and wellbeing.
