This residential care home provides personal care for 12 people, some with dementia, in a purpose-built two-storey building with communal areas on the ground floor. People and their relatives spoke very positively about the care provided. Staff demonstrated knowledge of how to keep residents safe and protect them from avoidable harm, with robust systems in place for managing medicines safely and ensuring people receive their medications regularly.
The home investigates all incidents and accidents thoroughly, taking action to prevent similar occurrences in the future. The service maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs.
