People and their relatives spoke very positively about the care provided. Staff demonstrated knowledge of how to keep residents safe and protect them from avoidable harm, with robust systems in place for managing medicines safely and ensuring people receive their medications regularly. The home investigates all incidents and accidents thoroughly, taking action to prevent similar occurrences in the future. The service maintains adequate staffing levels to meet residents' needs.
