Kerria Court provides accommodation and personal care for up to 47 people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 44 people were living at the home. Staff wore personal protective equipment in line with current government guidelines, with the registered manager conducting weekly handwashing and PPE observations as part of infection control audits.

The home offered comfort boxes for visitors of people receiving end of life care, containing items such as a kettle, drinks and cushions to help visitors remain comfortable during their time with loved ones.
