Invicta Court

Invicta Court provides nursing, personal care and accommodation for up to 75 older people and people living with dementia across three self-contained floors. The ground floor offers residential care, the second floor provides nursing care, and the top floor is opening for people living with dementia. Currently 39 people live at the service, which has a central kitchen and laundry facility.

Residents and families speak positively about their experience. One resident said, "The staff are wonderful to me and I needn't have worried at all about coming here," while a relative commented, "The service is indeed very good and I can see my mother is settled and among friends." The service safeguards people from abuse and provides safe care and treatment. Medicines are managed correctly, staffing levels are adequate with safe recruitment practices in place, and infection control is maintained. Care needs and preferences are assessed before admission, and people receive coordinated care when moving between services with prompt medical attention when needed.
