Inshore Support Limited - 10 Beeches Road

This residential care home at 10 Beeches Road provides accommodation and support for up to two people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder. During the inspection, inspectors reviewed the service's use of restrictive interventions such as restraint, seclusion, and segregation when supporting people. Audits were found to be not robust enough to demonstrate that safety was effectively managed in this area.
