Hulton Care Home

Hulton Care Home accommodates up to 30 people, including adults, elderly people and those living with dementia, across two floors. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

Inspectors found that medicines were not always managed safely or recorded accurately. Risk assessments were either missing or not readily available for review, meaning risks were not always being appropriately managed. While the home was clean and tidy, safe infection prevention and control practices were not consistently followed. Staffing levels were appropriate.
