Hill View Care Home

Hill View Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 45 residents including older people, younger adults, those with physical disabilities, mental health support needs, and people living with dementia. The home is arranged over two floors with lift access, and had 31 residents at the time of inspection.

People reported feeling safe at the home and confirmed there were enough staff available to meet their needs. Staff consistently followed safe infection control practices, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment to protect residents from COVID-19 and cross infection. Recruitment procedures were thorough and staff understood their responsibilities in safeguarding people from abuse or harm.
