HF Trust - Lympne Place (High Trees and The Beeches)

HF Trust - Lympne Place, comprising High Trees and The Beeches, provides residential care for up to 12 autistic people and people with a learning disability. The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised about people's care and treatment, and rated it Requires Improvement overall.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and communicated effectively with people, supporting them with health needs, activities and holidays. However, the provider lacked effective systems to identify and manage risks, including safe medicines management, and quality monitoring was not robust. Relatives gave mixed feedback on how well managers communicated with them and addressed concerns.
