Heatherside Care Home

Residents reported feeling happy and safe at the home. Relatives confirmed their family members felt secure, had confidence in medication management, and praised the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Inspectors found the provider ensured people were supported safely, with sufficient numbers of suitable and motivated staff. Recruitment files met requirements, and processes were properly in place for storing and administering medicines safely.
