Hazeldene is a residential care home supporting 10 people with learning disabilities and associated health needs. The service operates across two buildings, each with bedrooms, communal spaces, and gardens. One building houses four residents with two en-suite bedrooms and two that share a bathroom, along with a lounge, open plan dining room and kitchen, and laundry facilities.

The second building accommodates six people across two floors and includes a day room, quiet room, separate dining room, lounge, shared bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry facilities. People are encouraged to use the large gardens available at both buildings.
