Havendene Residential Home

Havendene Residential Home provides residential care for up to 25 people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 14 people were residing at the service. People felt safe, and medicines were well managed. The premises had undergone extensive improvements with decorating nearing completion.

Record keeping and care documentation had improved significantly, with risk assessments being fully rewritten. Quality assurance, oversight, and the upkeep of the service showed marked improvement. While some areas still require attention, an action plan was in place and being followed to address ongoing concerns.
