Grove Hill Care Home

Grove Hill Care Home provides personal care and support for older people, including those living with dementia. There was no registered manager in post at the time of the assessment, with the service overseen by the nominated individual.

Inspectors found significant improvements since the previous inspection, with better risk management, safeguarding, consent practices and person-centred care. People and relatives spoke positively about staff kindness and cleanliness. However, governance remained a concern, with gaps in medicines disposal and recruitment policies meaning the service was still in breach of regulations relating to good governance.
