Ciderstone House

This residential care home supports up to 6 people with learning disabilities and autism, accommodating 4 people in the main building and 2 in self-contained annexes. The home is situated within walking distance of local shops and amenities, and staff actively promote residents' independence and access to their local community. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches while acting in their best interests.

Staff provide kind and compassionate, person-centred care with appropriate training and knowledge to support residents effectively while keeping them safe and promoting their human rights. Care plans reflect each individual's range of needs and support their health, mental wellbeing and enjoyment of life. Staff know residents well as individuals and promote equality and diversity in their support.
