The home demonstrated strong infection control practices with comprehensive policies and procedures to manage COVID-19 risks, including protocols for managing people with positive diagnoses. Staff actively supported residents and their relatives to maintain contact during the pandemic, implementing alternative arrangements such as online visiting when in-person visits weren't possible due to positive test results or other restrictions.
