Greenways

Greenways provides personal care for up to four people with a learning disability and autistic people. Four people were living at the home at the time of the assessment, which focused on checking that shortfalls found at a previous inspection had been addressed.

Inspectors found the home was no longer in breach of regulations relating to good governance and safe care and treatment, and the overall rating has improved to good. Staff were observed to be kind and patient, with a good understanding of people's needs. Relatives spoke positively, saying staff had "stepped up their game" and kept them well informed.
