Greenways

Greenways provides residential care for up to four people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, all four registered places were occupied. However, the service was unable to demonstrate how it was meeting some of the core principles required to support people effectively. The inspection findings indicated gaps in the service's approach to ensuring residents received the level of respect, equality, dignity and support needed to promote their independence and inclusion in their local communities.
