The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that people were supported with dignity, choice and access to their local community. Staff worked well with other professionals, kept people's needs under review, and acted on feedback from families.

Inspectors found the home was safe, clean, and had enough staff to meet people's needs, with medicines managed safely and good understanding of safeguarding. Leaders fostered a culture of openness and teamwork, with strong governance and a monitored improvement plan. People were supported to maintain relationships, good health, and take part in activities they enjoyed.
