Grangemoor House Nursing Home

Grangemoor House Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 30 people over 18 with mental health conditions. The service is housed in a single building across two floors with communal dining rooms and lounges. At inspection, 26 people were using the service.

People were protected from ill-treatment and abuse, with staff trained to recognise signs of potential abuse and understand reporting procedures. Staff administered medicines as prescribed and were trained and competent in this responsibility. The provider had assessed risks associated with people's care and support, with staff implementing appropriate safeguards.
