Grampian Court

Grampian Court provides personal care to up to 57 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 56 people were using the service. Residents reported feeling safe, and both people and relatives expressed satisfaction with the quality of care provided.

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, with good infection control practices in place. Staff demonstrated awareness of safeguarding arrangements and knew appropriate actions to keep people safe. The service identified risks to residents and put detailed assessments in place to manage these safely.
