Gombards

This care home provides personal care and support for up to eight people with learning and physical disabilities. On the day of inspection, all eight people were using the service. The home is designed to support residents in living meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. People receive planned and person-centred support that is tailored to their individual needs and promotes inclusive care.
