Falcon Lodge

Falcon Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service is housed in a large, domestic-style property within a residential development, featuring individual bedrooms with en-suite facilities, shared lounges, a dining room, and an accessible garden. The premises are well maintained with all necessary equipment checks and servicing completed regularly.

The home prioritises safety and wellbeing. Staff are knowledgeable in safeguarding, and risks are carefully assessed to enable people to lead fulfilling lives whilst minimising harm. Accidents and incidents are reviewed to prevent future occurrences. Medicines are managed safely with staff competency checked before they support people. The service recruits staff safely with all pre-employment checks completed, and staff report feeling well trained and well supported by the registered manager.
