Enhanced Elderly Care Service at Wardley Gate Care Centre provides personal care for up to 88 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 81 residents were living at the home.

Inspectors observed several areas of good practice. Systems were in place to help prevent infection transmission among people, staff, and visitors. The environment was clean with additional cleaning of frequently touched surfaces. Staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment and supplies were sufficient. The registered manager carried out weekly checks to ensure standards were maintained.
