The CQC rated the home Outstanding overall, an improvement from its previous Good rating, with inspectors particularly impressed by the exceptional quality of caring and leadership.

Inspectors found staff knew people extremely well and delivered highly personalised, dignified care, with strong attention to equality, diversity and inclusion. People and relatives spoke overwhelmingly positively about the culture, and the CQC noted low staff turnover, visible and supportive leadership, and a stable, motivated workforce contributing to consistently positive outcomes.
